NOMINATE AN EXCEPTIONAL YOUNG ADULT JEWISH LEADER!

Honoring the first president of the Federation, the annual Lloyd W. Dinkelspiel Award for Young Leadership, inaugurated in October of 1959, recognizes an outstanding young leader in the local Jewish community.

Recipients of this high honor:

  • Demonstrate present and past service specifying constructive contributions to the Federation and local agencies, including involvement in fundraising.
  • Have involvement in a number of Federation activities (partner agency activities will also be considered).
  • Have clear potential for future leadership.
  • Have extensive knowledge of the Bay Area Jewish community.
  • Are 40 years old or under.

Nomination Instructions

Please complete this form as fully as possible so we have a complete picture of the nominee. If necessary, please seek feedback from friends of the nominee or professionals who have worked with the nominee so that the information you provide is as detailed as possible. While past recipients of the award are not eligible, you may re-nominate previous nominees who have not received the award.
