The Jewish Community Federation and Endowment Fund and the Cowan Award Committee are pleased to announce that this year’s Anne and Robert Cowan Writer’s Prize will be given to B.V. Glants for his book Half Notes from Berlin, with a runner-up prize awarded to Ariel Resnikoff for his book Unnatual Bird Migrator. The Prize recognizes and awards Bay Area writers who have made an exceptional contribution to literary arts through a uniquely Jewish perspective.
