This year’s Challah bake will be led by the acclaimed Chani Apfelbaum. Chanie is a popular kosher food blogger, recipe developer and food photographer who shares her love of food, family and tradition on her renowned Instagram platform @busyinbrooklyn to over 100k followers, as well as on her blog, busyinbrooklyn.com. She is the author of the best-selling cookbooks, Millennial Kosher and Totally Kosher.
