Specialty Camp Family Weekend Scholarships

Every child deserves the opportunity to participate in camp.

The Federation provides need-based scholarships for Jewish families that live in the Federation's service area. The Federation’s specialty camp scholarships are intended to provide “last resort” community resources above and beyond what is contributed by families and individual camps.

Scholarship requirements

  • Both parents and children are eligible to apply for family specialty camp scholarships.
  • Applicants must live in the Federation's service area.
  • Families should apply for Federation specialty camp scholarships for one or more children or parents in a single application.
  • Children must be Jewish (as identified by their families).
  • Federation scholarships must be “last resort” funds for families who would otherwise not be able to attend.
  • Scholarship funds are to be used strictly for camp tuition.
