Culture of Belonging Kickstart Session
SHARE:

Three identical one-hour sessions that introduce the power of Culture of Belonging as a framework to transform Jewish organizations and communities.
A Culture of Belonging (CB) ensures everyone in a group or organization feels seen, valued, and part of something bigger. Belonging for a few happens by chance; Belonging for many requires intentional design, and new habits and norms at every level: board, volunteers, staff, community members.
Kickstart participants will learn Culture of Belonging language, principles, and practices to apply to challenges they experience in their organizations. Come for a refresher on Culture of Belonging fundamentals; invite colleagues and lay leaders to expand the knowledge in your organization or synagogue.
Kickstart Sessions are for:
- 473K Workshop participants who want a CB foundation
- Professional and lay leadership: Jewish schools, camps, synagogues, JCCs, Hillels, start-ups, and other communal groups
- Clergy and educators
- Board and committee members and volunteer leaders
- Entrepreneurs and change advocates
- Donors, funders, development professionals
Facilitators:
Julie Golde, Jewish Community Federation and Endowment Fund Culture of Belonging Consultant
Jackie Shelton-Miller, Jewish Community Federation and Endowment Fund Culture of Belonging Consultant
