Enjoy a hamish, musical Havdalah, an uplifting Hanukkah sing-along, and amazing performances by Nigunim Chorus, vocalist Noa Levy and woodwind player Asaf Ophir. The program includes a special medley of songs by American-Jewish songwriter Irving Berlin.

Nigunim Chorus,
The chorus directed by Achi Ben Shalom, and have been meeting weekly at the JCC East Bay, Berkeley since 1997. Its repertoire is varied, and includes contemporary and classic songs in Hebrew, Yiddish, Ladino and English, arranged for choral singing.
Noa Levy
Noa is a jazz-rock fusion vocalist originally from Israel, currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Noa sings with an emotional lyricism and magnetic stage presence, and has performed with top level artists in Israel\.
Asaf Ophir
Asaf is a son of an Israeli film composer, Asaf Ophir was exposed to many styles of music from an early age: His father’s love for jazz, the Jewish music of his heritage, a classical upbringing, and the Middle Eastern backdrop of his childhood. From the very beginning, he was drawn to many different sources and genres, as well as to different musical instruments.
