Keren Friedman-Peleg, Israeli psychological anthropologist, will join Rebecca Golbert, Helen Diller Institute Executive Director, to discuss the current mood of Israeli society after the murder of six hostages in Gaza. Professor Friedman-Peleg will also discuss her ongoing ethnographic fieldwork examining the processes of meaning-making after trauma among October 7th survivors from the Gaza Envelope.
