The JCCSF is once again partnering with the Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy through the University of the Pacific to offer this virtual but highly individualized community event. You’ll identify Medicare Part D plans that save you money, and will be able to review the safety and efficacy of your meds. Objective and unbiased, this event has an excellent track record: Approximately 8 in 10 past participants reduced costs with an average of $1,009 per year saved on prescription drug costs.

To schedule an appointment for Part D review or medication review, please call the JCCSF Front Desk at 415-292-1200 or email Shiva Schulz, Lifelong Learning Manager, at sschulz@jccsf.org

Please have these items available during your appointment:

  • Your Medicare card
  • All of your medications
  • A copy of your most recent lab values

Since 2007, the University of the Pacific’s Medicare Part D Outreach Clinics have assisted 8,686 Medicare beneficiaries with their Medicare Part D drug plan, helping save an estimated total of $8.77 million. Over 2,500 medication-related issues have been identified at past events.
