An artist-led virtual session where you can uncork your creativity and a great wine

Sketching is said to quiet the mind and calm the spirit. What better thing to pair that with than wine? Join us for a virtual Sketch and Sip, where we’ll draw together as a community with a glass of your favorite wine or beverage nearby.

Artist, writer and host Meg Adler will spill some knowledge on the history of the JCCSF as we celebrate and appreciate this community space by drawing the building as it stands today! The drawing will be led step by step and will focus on what it means to really look at something closely - art as appreciation.

Materials you'll need:

  • Something special to sip!
  • A hard surface on which to draw, whether it be a table, clipboard, large book, or the floor.
  • A black pen
  • A pencil
  • 2 pieces of paper – 8.5" x 11" copy paper should work just fine.
  • A virtual date –  invite a friend you haven’t seen in awhile to enjoy the experience with you.
  • An open heart!

Covenant Wines Pairing
