Youth Mental Health First Aid Certification- For Parents and Educators
Supporting our teens and their mental health is of primary importance to us, now more than ever. This training is designed to teach parents, caregivers, teachers, school staff, neighbors and other caring citizens how to help an adolescent (age 12–18) who is experiencing a mental health or addictions crisis.
We are pleased to offer this virtual course in the evenings, so that it is accessible to working parents. The 5-hour course will be offered on Tuesday evening, April 27 and May 4 from 6:30pm – 9:00 pm Pacific. Anyone who participates in this training will need to also complete the two hour pre-course work online.
