Senior excursions the antidote to isolation and loneliness Selma is relatively new to Sonoma County. She moved there with her husband several years ago and when he died unexpectedly she felt disconnected and depressed. I have even met new friends and have begun to enjoy spending time at events. Because of this new community I am now able to continue to stay social and go out.
