Scope & Deliverables

South Peninsula Hebrew Day School's standard employment contract is outdated and in non-compliance with HR/Labor regulations. The school is seeking assistance reviewing current contracts and revising them to reflect current HR/Labor law.  The end product will be an employment contract that  is clear, concise and complies with HR/Labor/Contract rules and regulations.

Project Results

This engagement will bring the school in compliance with  labor laws resulting in increased protection of our staff in regards to labor issues, as well as, the school. Increasing the level of  professionalism in the school's hiring process and documents will help reduce misunderstandings regarding employment expectations.
