Scope & Deliverables

Hebrew Free Loan is undergoing a period of change and growth. It recently hired a new Executive Director who was promoted to the position after serving 11 years as the organization’s Development Director. The executive coaching would focus on: change management, priority setting, partnership building, and leadership development. Details of coaching would be established based on an assessment of the Executive’s skill set, her areas of interest, and the organizational needs and priorities.

Project Results

The executive coaching will ideally result in enhanced professional, management, and leadership skills for this first-time Executive Director – better enabling her to lead the organization through this period of transition, innovation, and growth.
