Scope & Deliverables
Friendship Circle would like a pro bono consultant to advise us on how to restructure our accounts, organizational and program-based budgeting, and other key data. Our goal is to present all information in a clear and concise manner that truly reflects the organization and operations.
We would like the reporting package to provide an immediate and clear financial picture of what Friendship Circle is all about and what it takes to run the organization (e.g. revenue and expenses).
Ideally, the consultant would recommend distinct formats for recording versus presenting our financial data for varying purposes, e.g. proposals and reports, annual report, brochures, and on our website.
This is a small, short-term project.
Project Results
By providing a transparent and compelling financial picture, Friendship Circle will be able to make a stronger case of demonstrating its impact to individual donors, funders, and the greater Jewish community.
Organization Description
Bay Area Friendship Circle, located in Palo Alto, pairs trained high school students with children and teens that have special needs for a full range of social, educational and recreational activities in a Jewish setting.
