Kevah

Scope & Deliverables

Kevah seeks legal advice to review a new lease and guidance on related commercial real estate issues. Specifically, Kevah seeks:

  1. A lease review including advice on needed edits/changes etc. to ensure that Kevah's needs are met and that the organization is considering the relevant issues before agreeing to this significant financial commitment.
  2. Oversight until the lease is signed.
  3. Guidance developing appropriate subtenant contracts and agreements with 3-5 small Jewish organizations which may rent desks from Kevah in the new space.
  4. (Optional) On-going, periodic expertise if/when lease-related questions arise in the near future.

Timeline: 7/24-8/31

  1. Lease review begins immediately, and given the basic nature of the lease and  the work invested to date, the transaction could be completed by 7/31.
  2. Subtenancy agreements can be addressed after lease is final, and we hope will be complete by 8/31.
