Brandeis Hillel Day School

Scope & Deliverables

Advise the Brandeis Hillel Day School senior leadership team on its major transition to create two independent organizations from the current single organization that operates on two campuses. The school is looking for a consultant to meet with the leadership team to review progress and plan “best next steps” to a successful launch of two independent schools in July of 2015.

Specific responsibilities would include:

  1. Review management plans and approaches to operational issues in the re-structuring.
  2. Meet on a monthly basis with senior leadership to advise and critique the process.
  3. Provide examples of “best practice” other organizations have used in similar situations.
  4. Advise on the “human dynamic” involved in such restructuring in terms of minimizing anxieties and negative perceptions on the part of staff and the greater school community.
