Our mission is to mobilize innovation, collaboration, and investment to shape diverse and dynamic Bay Area Jewish communities where people find a meaningful connection to Judaism and each other. We work together to build better lives and communities locally, in Israel, and around the world. We are the Bay Area’s center for Jewish Philanthropy.
The Federation is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package for the health of you and your family. We offer options for health insurance, and provide up to five weeks of vacation, sick pay, a hybrid work schedule, Federal and Jewish holidays off, a 403b contribution, and a paid sabbatical.
