Join us this Sunday, November 1, from 3:30–5:00 p.m. for a special parent workshop, “Raising Fearless Food Explorers,” with Morah Linda Lantos!

We all want our children to develop a healthy relationship with food, but navigating picky eating, lunchboxes, and mealtime struggles isn’t always easy. This workshop will offer practical strategies, fresh ideas, and a little inspiration to make food exploration more enjoyable for the whole family.

Topics we’ll explore:

What does a healthy relationship with food look like in early childhood?

Navigating picky eating, food aversions, and mealtime power struggles

The lunchbox conundrum: packing nourishing lunches your child will actually enjoy

Five-minute kitchen magic: simple ways to cook together without a big, messy production

Bring the kids! Childcare will be provided during the parent discussion, followed by a hands-on food exploration experience for parents and children to enjoy together.

Meet Morah Linda

Linda Lantos brings a wonderful combination of experience in Jewish experiential education, culinary arts, and children’s nutrition. She trained at the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York and École Belouet Conseil in Paris, and studied traditional cooking and food-health practices in India. Her work has included teaching cooking to children and adults and helping develop nationally recognized food and nutrition education programs at the Children’s Aid Society. As the parent of a medically complex child, Linda also brings deeply personal insight into the relationship between food, health, and family life.
