Aaron Mitchell Finegold brings extensive operations, marketing, communications, organizational design, and strategy experience to his board service. As Chief Marketing Officer at Kingsley Gate—and in previous leadership roles at LinkedIn, McKinsey & Company, and Ogilvy—he has demonstrated a unique ability to drive above-market growth, lead large-scale digital and business model transformations, and successfully launch dozens of 0 to 1 products, features, and solutions. With appearances in The New York Times, Fortune Magazine, and on NPR, and bylines in Harvard Business Review, McKinsey Quarterly, and Thrive Global, Aaron is a recognized as an industry thought leader and brings a unique perspective on many topics relevant to the private sector. A graduate of Brandeis University with high honors and of INSEAD in France and Singapore, Aaron has also worked with Accenture Strategy to present findings on digital platform governance and the future of the internet at the World Economic Forum’s annual meeting in Davos, Switzerland in 2016. Outside of business, Aaron currently leads the Human Rights Watch Executive Committee in San Francisco and serves on the Board of Directors at Congregation Emanu-El.
