Are you or someone you know a Jewish professional in need of pastoral care or professional mentorship? The Jewish Federation Bay Area is pleased to be able to offer time with Rabbi Gray Myrseth, an experienced provider of pastoral care, with over a decade of experience at a range of Jewish organizations. This support is free to the Federation’s community partner network and can be booked directly with Rabbi Gray. We have a finite number of spots of available, so if you’re interested, we encourage you to book something sooner rather than later.
This pastoral support and coaching is confidential, offered on an initial one-time basis with the possibility of booking additional sessions, dependent on availability. Topics can include (but are not limited to):
- Building a personal Jewish life while working in a Jewish organization
- Moral and ethical concerns arising in relationship to your work
- Burnout
- Professional and personal boundaries
- Professional development and growth
- Thought partnership about Jewish education and engagement work
- Learning to be a supervisor
