Agency funds are designed to benefit Jewish organizations such as agencies, synagogues, day schools, camps, and JCCs that want to grow their long-term funds, taking advantage of the Federation’s economies of scale and expertise in investing and fund management.

Funds can be set up to be completely accessible to the organization, to only make distributions from earnings, or to be designated for a particular program.

Investments are professionally managed to maximize capital preservation and growth and overseen by a committee of investment professionals. The Federation endowment’s pool size allows access to investment opportunities accessible to smaller investment choices.

The Federation does all accounting, grant disbursements, investment monitoring, reporting, and filing. Agency fund holders also have access to Federation expertise in fund development and legacy giving to help you build your funds and secure the future of your organization.
