Under Friedl’s Wing is an original theatrical and musical performance inspired by the life of Friedl Dicker-Brandeis, the artist and educator who secretly taught art to children in the Terezín Ghetto during World War II.
Through music, storytelling, and audience participation, the performance explores how creativity can sustain the human spirit, preserve memory, and inspire compassion.
Created by Jennifer Levine, featuring Diana Naparst – vocalist and Brad Friedman – accordion.
Audience-created artwork will become part of an international remembrance project traveling to Prague and Terezín.
Suggested donation: $20 at the door. No one turned away for lack of funds.
For the safety and comfort of all attendees, registration is required. Please ensure all members of your party are included in your RSVP.
