Belonging Roundtables 

Come ready to engage in generative conversations that address specific challenges related to belonging, diversity, equity, and inclusion in Bay Area Jewish communities.

Your voice matters! There will be 20-30 people in each Roundtable and each Roundtable contributes an important piece to shaping our collective vision for 473K. 

View the complete list of Roundtables and biographies. The same sessions will be offered on Tuesday and Wednesday so you can attend two. We suggest you plan your top choices with others from your organization so you can share learnings with each other after 473K.

Affinity Groups  

As part of the 473k experience, we'll be holding open affinity spaces both days, where you can safely reflect and process your learning and experiences with folks of shared identities. These spaces will be facilitated by 473k partners, including Be’chol Lashon, Keshet, and Elana Naftalin-Kelman - and if you'd like to facilitate one, please let us know.

473K Design Studios 

The purpose of 473K Design Studios is to develop community resources that will accelerate belonging and inclusion in Jewish life. Small groups of fifteen people will collaborate in these immersive sessions. Topics are subject to change.
