Belonging Roundtables

Come ready to engage in generative conversations led by diverse communal leaders from across the Jewish landscape about challenges related to belonging, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Each Roundtable contributes an important piece to shaping our collective vision for 473K. Your reflections at the end of each session will be captured in a short online form that will be compiled into key themes and action steps (and documented by our guest artist Elizabeth Beier into a 473K visual story)!

View the complete list of Roundtables, facilitators, and biographies. You can find your Roundtable assignments in the Reception room on QiqoChat, the conference platform.

11:45 am - 12:25 pm

Affinity Groups

We will be offering open affinity spaces on both days of 473K where you can reflect and process your learning and experiences with others who share your identities. On May 4, groups are organized by race and ethnicity. May 5 groups are spaces for other identities including gender, sexual orientation, and different abilities. You can attend an Affinity Group Room for an identity you share. Please help us keep groups no larger than 15-20 by choosing a different room if it seems crowded.

12:30 pm - 1:00 pm
