Scope & Deliverables

Wilderness Torah (WT) seeks to assemble an advisory team with expertise in start-ups, marketing, finance, HR and legal to help it test and operationalize its new social venture -- a training and consulting business aimed to scale WT's social impact while generating earned-income and economic sustainability for the organization. The new venture will consist of multiple training "institutes" and on-going coaching for educators and leaders throughout the U.S. and overseas, enabling others to replicate WT's nature-based community building and educational model. The venture is in direct response to high demand in the U.S. and beyond including Israel, UK, Mexico and Canada.

The team of advisors would work closely with WT's professional leadership, particularly the Founding Director and the Managing Director. Once the team is established, we will map out together a workable structure and convenient logistics for the advisory sessions.
