Scope & Deliverables
Hasidah seeks a web developer to modify its donor page to accept dedications and related information for contributions and to register for monthly payments (see sample https://donate.mazon.org). A couple other website modifications are needed as well to allow for dynamic information sharing. It also seeks the development of an online application form for clients to fill out to receive its services.
The application can be hosted on our website or we can link to another secure site. We do have a very modest budget to support related hosting, systems or software expenses. Based on the recommendations for appropriate solutions, we can better determine the appropriate work needed for either or both of these components.
Organization Description
Hasidah, a nonprofit start-up based in the Bay Area, is the voice of hope and compassion that raises awareness of infertility and reduces financial barriers to treatment in the Jewish community.
Project Results
Making contributions in honor of the birth of a child will be a major part of our grass roots funding. We currently do everything except PayPal manually. People call or email us separately to make the dedication and provide contact information. Most people today expect to be able to pay online and make a dedication. This project is a high priority for us so we can roll out our related promotion of the funding campaign.
Hasidah also needs to be able to promote programs and share successes to keep both clients and donors informed of our on-going work. Modifications will make our website a stronger outreach and marketing tool.
Having an online application process would be much more efficient to manage than our current process and a courtesy to our clients, especially in this stressful time of their life.

Required Skills/Experience
Experience with website development and Wordpress.
An understanding of online payment systems is required for the donor page.
Experience developing or working with online applications is needed for the application component.
