Day of Decision is today!

Dear friends, This morning at 10:00 a.m. the California Supreme Court will release its decision regarding the constitutionality of Proposition 8. Win or lose, here are a few options to gather together:

  • 9:30 a.m. Receive the decision together on the steps of the CA Supreme Court (Polk and McAllister). Jewish meet-up spot across from Supreme Court Steps under the (portable) Kol Tzedek Chuppah! We have signs for you to hold in support of equality!
  • 5:00 p.m. Pre-March Rally at San Francisco City Hall. Jewish meet-up spot across Polk Street from City Hall Steps under the (portable) Kol Tzedek Chuppah!
  • 6:00 p.m. March from Rally to MLK Memorial at Yerba Buena Gardens (Mission Street btwn 3rd and 4th). Follow us live all day on Twitter.
  • 7:00 p.m. Post-March Rally at Yerba Buena Gardens.
  • 7:00 p.m. Community gathering of Hope and Healing at Congregation Sha'ar Zahav.

Together, on Sunday, June 28, our Jewish community will continue to express our commitment for equality. As a diverse Jewish community, we will march together in the 39th Annual Pride Parade.
