Kneading dough

Last week, members of our Young Adults Division (YAD) attended a special class on challah baking taught by Irving Greisman of Irving’s Premium Foods!  Greisman shared his tips with the class, and in turn YAD shared their challahs with Jewish Family and Children's Services' Chicken Soupers program. Lucky for us, blogger Zuzy Martin Lynch from Cooking for the Clueless not only co-hosted the event, but also was on-hand to interview Benny and Irving Greisman about their business, and the business of making challah.
