Untangle the web of current events with KGO radio talk show host John F. Rothmann. In this interactive session (come with questions!), he offers his educated view on the ramifications of the 2020 presidential election. Explore the idea of a divided country, possibility of significant upcoming legislation and the outlook for bipartisanship. Along with insight on national issues, John will examine the Bay Area scene and share thoughts on the ongoing pandemic.  

John F. Rothmann is a San Francisco radio talk show host on KGO. He is also a highly sought-after lecturer on American politics and the presidency within the Bay Area and he has spoken on over 150 university campuses. John is the author of An Incomparable Pope: John XXIII and the Jews Inside the Vatican. He is the co-author of two books, Icon of Evil- Hitler’s Mufti and the Rise of Radical Islam and Harold E. Stassen-The Life and Perennial Candidacy of the Progressive Republican. He has published a wide range of articles on American political history, the Middle East and education and has been a professor at the Fromm Institute at the University of San Francisco since 2004. A fourth generation San Franciscan, John’s passion is his 15,000-volume library, one of the finest private libraries in the country, specializing in American political history and political biography.
