Becoming the Tree of Life: A Tu B'Shevat Yoga Practice for Kids and Their Adults

Part of the Big Bold Jewish Climate Fest
Have you ever wondered what it would feel like to stand tall like Mt. Sinai? To curve like the moon in the night sky? Or become a Tree of Life on the Jewish birthday of the trees? Come find out, with a Tree of Life yoga practice!
When children are taught to see themselves as intricately part of the natural world, they are more likely to internalize the message that it is up to humans to care for the earth. As participants in this workshop joyfully become a tree and other parts of our natural world, they will feel how interconnected we all are with one another, our Torah, and our earth.
Great for kids ages 3-8 years old, and their adults too!
Presented in partnership with PJ Library Bay Area.
