Celebrate Your Uniqueness Retreat

This retreat is all about celebrating what makes you and those around you AWESOME.

We had such a blast celebrating uniqueness in '23 that we had to bring it back!

We will embrace the Jewish value of אדם יחיד (aka "the uniqueness of each person"). This value teaches us that each person is different, unique, and inherently incredibly valuable. We are taking this to a whole new level together by celebrating our uniqueness all weekend long.

During the retreat, you'll get to:
1. Discover your uniqueness: Gain awareness of what makes you special, the value you bring to the table, and your special sauce.
2. Embrace your uniqueness: Own that you are unique! Believe in the value you have to offer and own that you're unique, valuable, and awesome in your own way.
3. Share your uniqueness: Celebrate how awesome you are by getting confident and know-how in talking about your value with other people, whether during networking events, interviews, community gatherings, dates, or other settings.

This retreat is entirely peer-led -- Your organizers, facilitators, and participants will be Jewish young adults in the SF/Bay Area between the ages of 22-32, and we are so excited to celebrate with you!

The program includes discussions, workshops, accommodations, a Jewish educator, food and beverage for the whole weekend.

Here's what participants from the last retreat said:

“I was feeling a little isolated/burnt out and was seeking a community where I could ‘just be’. I was also looking for ways to connect Judaism to more aspects of my life. I left feeling rejuvenated, connected and at peace. I felt so in community and intentional around my Jewish values during what was a tough time. It was exactly what I needed and wanted to start the new year. The retreat was so thought-out, with the perfect amount of rest, activity and customization. Gorgeous location and great group!” - Miriam Khalifa

“Before Celebrate Your Uniqueness, I didn't know how to share my uniqueness with others in a way that didn't make me feel like I was coming off too boastful. The retreat helped me reach a new understanding of why I feel the way that I feel about my uniqueness. I learned that we can be unique and still feel connected and develop a deep rapport in a short amount of time. I *especially* appreciate the special energy, zest, and psychological safety during the weekend. I’ve been singing Molly’s and Leya’s praises at every opportunity possible.” - Retreat Participant
