Healing Through Art-Making: One Year Since October 7
A 90-minute workshop led by Jewish Studio Project
We are all creative. How can we nurture a creative practice to guide us through our grief journey? As we reflect on October 7 and the complex challenges of the past year, join us to makes space for healing and connection.
In this 90-minute workshop led by Jewish Studio Project, we’ll engage in hands-on art-making to set intentions for our grief, gain new insights, and connect with something greater than ourselves. We will draw on the Jewish Studio Process – a unique methodology combining practices from the field of art therapy with a reimagined approach to Jewish learning and spirituality – to process, ground, connect and tap into the possibility that creativity offers. Come together to witness and support one another with compassion.
All participants ages 16 years and older are welcome. No previous art experience needed.
Please register by September 27 so that we can have enough supplies for everyone.
