As an active travel experience, you'll be spending less time on the bus and more time on the go—discovering the past, present, and future of Israel with all your senses. Don't miss out on this once-in-a-lifetime adventure!
Through the course of this journey, you’ll form new cross-cultural friendships with Israeli and North American peers, experience all the must-see/must-do highlights of Israel, take part in hands-on service opportunities, and return home with a new sense of perspective and meaning. You will also get to know Israeli society on a person-to-person level with VIP community visits to special programming in Israel thanks to the Jewish Federations of North America!
** Please note that participants from the Bay Area should sign up for the trip leaving from Los Angeles and are responsible for their travel to Los Angeles.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Participants must be between the ages of 27-32
- Should have at least one Jewish birth parent or have converted to Judaism
- This must be your first Jewish peer trip to Israel since turning 18
- Have not lived in Israel for over three months since the age of 12
- Have not served in the Israeli Army
- Cannot be attending a full-time Jewish studies program
