This Yom Haatzmaut, we’re bringing the music to your dinner table
Gather with your family or by yourself – pour your favorite cocktail, wine, or juice, prepare your favorite meal – and join these musicians as they play for you over dinner.
You’ll hear from a big-band composed of Israeli & Diaspora Jewish musicians, playing custom arrangements of some jazz classics – just for you. We’ll also be getting funky with Israeli artists from Anbessa Orchestra – an Ethiopian Funk Band. Not only will you hear the music, you’ll get the chance to ask questions and hear more about what inspires them as artists.
For years, we’ve been talking about the growing divide between Israeli and Diaspora Jews. Well, here they are, joining together, creating, innovating, and building our tomorrow.
