Triangular light Like wings of flight Our memories strong of Shoah song The Holy Mount With views surround A city of contradictions That has strong religious convictions A palette of colors Of greens and browns A sea that's dead But life abounds Opinions run strong What is right or wrong? Theories flow Our mind's-eye grow History's paths of ancient age Walked on by Moses and other sage Rich traditions remain 2000 years the same Feel the Wall, the sand, the sea Israel must exist for thee Keep faith, be brave, we hope, we pray These freedoms save --Jan Newman
