Tzipi Livni in a conversation about the internal debate in Israel

Celebrating 75 years of independence, Israel is facing a dramatic internal debate about its identity as a Jewish democratic state. Is it a judicial reform or a regime change? Are compromise and unity possible?

Tzipi Livni, former Israeli Vice Prime Minister and Foreign and Justice Minister and a leading voice for Israel’s democracy, will speak about the internal debate, the different meanings of "a Jewish democratic state" to different groups in Israel and will share her vision for Israel's future based on the Declaration of Independence.

Learn about the impact of the situation in Israel on the U.S - Israel relationship, and between Israel and world Jewry. Explore the need for a new dialogue based on a wide common denominator.
